items are posted with start bids - these are general amounts to start the bidding - during the live auction these start bids may be reduced to inspire bidding or increased - the inhouse auctioneer is the one that guides us as to how low we will go....make sure you adjust the amount in the absentee bid box if you are wishing to bid higher....the computer will bid on your behalf should anyone counter your bid.....come auction day (Sunday)all sales will be concluded with the highest amount being the purchaser.....sometime human error and computer lag may be experienced - we will always refer to the inhouse auctioneers master sheets to determine winner....he has final say - see terms and conditions for more info about this and other items.......
