This ANTIQUE 14k White Gold ring features a Genuine BLUE SAPPHIRE = .50 CARATS surrounded by a circle of Round Blue Sapphires with a tapered Sapphire Baguette either side. The Sapphire Total Weight = .75 CARATS! There are many DIAMONDS set in the openwork as accent to the Sapphires. This ring is a Size 7 and it can be resized either larger or smaller.
