7) PAYMENT: It can be made through Bank Check, Bank Transfer, Credit card (VISA / MasterCard) and PayPal. For payments made with PayPal, an additional fee of four and one-half percent (4.5%) will be added to the total invoice amount. (a) Payments for lots are due at the moment an invoice is generated. If payment is not received within 14 days of the conclusion of the auction, extra storage fees may apply. (b) For all payment methods, the buyer should make sure that ' Universal Numismatics' receives the full amount, meaning any fees that may apply should be taken care of by the buyer. If you are not sure what fees may apply, make sure to contact your bank or your transfer agency beforehand. (c) Universal Numismatics holds the right to deny either method of payment. This is an E-auction conducted by 'Universal Numismatics' on behalf of various consignors. Bidding in this sale constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

1) CURRENCY: The estimate of each lot is in US Dollars.
2) All items are correctly deciphered. Buyers are advised to get rarity and grading verified since these are relative terms.
3). In the event of matching bids on the same lots, the earliest bid will take precedence. In the case of only one bid on a lot, the lot will awarded at the opening price. (e.g. if the opening price is $ 100 and the only bid offered is $ 150, the lot will be awarded at $ 100).
4) "LIVE" AND "ON-LINE"
When registering please provide references of business done with other numismatic auction houses or dealers. Your request for participation will be at the sole direction of the director of the auction.
5) BIDDING: - The bidding for each lot starts at the estimated value. Lower bids will not be accepted. After registration and having obtained authorization, bids may be sent by email, fax,or whatsapp also.
6) COMMISSION: The successful bidder will pay a commission to the auctioneer (JKB), for each lot on the hammer price, of 18%. The buyer will also be responsible for the export fee to territories other than the European Union in case the current legation requires it.

8) REFUND: Refunds are not accepted for any reason, except if the lot(s) is proven to be non-genuine and if the lot does not resemble the photo(s), if any. In the case of a non-genuine lot(s), the buyer is responsible for safely shipping the lot(s) back to us in their original shape, after which a full refund, minus the shipping costs, will be issued. 'Universal Numismatics' requires well-known expert’s opinion on a claim on a lot’s authenticity. Refunds are only accepted if the buyer submits a claim regarding authenticity within 2 weeks of the delivery date.
