Circa 1740 The serpentine brêche violette marble top above a molded frieze and a pierced acanthus-sheathed scrolled apron centered by a stiff-leaf acanthus, on four cabriole legs with garland slung scroll-tops and gadrooned acanthus-sheathing, on hairy cloven feet joined by four conforming scrolling stretchers centered by a foliate rocaille 35 X 47 X 23 IN.
