The straight, double-edged blade of flattened hexagonal section and tapering point is evocative of Berom work; the forte is pierced with a bilobate talisman which was likely adopted from those found on some Spanish blades. The hilt is composed of a tang which terminates in an ovoid pommel wrapped in muslin, with the grip covered in lizard skin and fitted with a repurposed Ottoman brass guard.
