The government can’t collect legal taxes from illegal money,” and became the most powerful crime boss of his day. He ruled Chicago at the age of 26 and with only an eighth grade education. Bold signature “<i>Al Capone</i>” in green ink on album page, 5¼"x4", stamped Feb 15, 1931, in blue ink. Obtained when he encountered Capone at a restaurant, this signature was part of a Florida newspaperman’s autograph book. The autograph of boxer </span><b><span style='font-size:9.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext; text-transform:uppercase'>Johnny Risko</span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext'> (1902-1953) appears on verso in same green ink with same date stamp.
