Lot of 4: 1) An oak-framed 6 x 8 photo (10.5 x 12.5" overall), with mat, showing 4 men seated outside a log cabin doorway. The photo is very faded, but the labeling, as follows, is readable: Cleanup, 24 above on Bonanza/ Rosenthal Moe. Kinsey Kinsey Photo, July 6, 1902. 2) A 6.5 x 8" photo, double matted and oak framed, very faded. The photo shows two men with shovels standing amid mine workings. Caption reads: Jim Gibbs, youngest successful miner in Yukon/ Kinsey Kinsey Photo. 3) Two 6 x 8" photos matted and mounted side by side in a black wooden frame. One photo shows a group of 30 men standing on mine tailings piles. The photo is labeled Larss Duglos Pho: Dawson, Y.T. The 2nd photo shows a large mine site with tents, mine buildings, tramways, and tailings piles, taken in winter from the hillside above the mine. It is labeled: 17 Eldorado, Larss Duglos Pho: Dawson, Y.T. 4) Another double-picture in a single black frame. First photo shows about 20 men working on a tunnel entrance. Some are perched on the scaffolding above and others are working on the rail tracks with ore carts that lead into the mine. Very faded, 6 x 8." The photographer is Milligur, dated ’01. The 2nd photo is a hand pencilled map of creeks and rivers. The main river arteries are not indentified, but Seventy Mile Creek in the Upper Yukon region has many offshoots with the same names. Measures 7.5 x 8.5."
