Conway as Vice-President and D.D. Skerman as Asst. Treasurer. Blue border and underprint, with vignette of bald eagle standing on shield with arrows and olive branches below his talon at center top. U/C. Printer: Republic Bank Note Co., Pittsburgh, P.A. Gold placer and lode mines located near the mouth of Sheep Creek on the Gastineau Channel, in what is called the Juneau Gold Belt. 2) The Arctic Mining and Trading Company, incorporated in West Virginia.
