Near fine. Four volumes of the AJN, with the publication still in its youth and mostly consisting of short articles on a wide variety of subjects with ongoing serials comprising the connecting sinew. The brevity of many of the articles can be misleading, though, as careful readers have found many forgotten nuggets of information buried within them. W.S. Appleton continues to be a regular contributor, and H.W. Holland begins a multi-volume series on centennial medals in Volume X. W.T.R. Marvin, long the printer of the AJN, also begins his lengthy series on Masonic medals in Volume X, a series which would appear in the AJN for thirty more volumes! Ex Rochester Numismatic Association in a Wayte Raymond binding.
