Ministerial artifice detected, or, a full answer to a pamphlet lately published, intitled, The Intrerests of the Empress Queen, the Kings of France and Spain, &c. betrayed in the preliminary articles at Aix-la-Chapelle. London Printed : and Dublin Re-printed, and sold by the Booksellers, 1748FIRST IRISH EDITON, pages 22, (2, blank), 8vo, recent paper wrapper : a nice copy. ESTC notes eight copies of this Dublin printing : L, C, D, Di, MY, HAW, NT / CSmH. Landis, European Americana, 749/184, has the 1749 London edition only. The anonymous author exposes the writer of the pamphlet mentioned as a 'sham Frenchman' furthering the interests of Great Britain, and showing the necessity for weakening French resources to preserve the European balance of power.
