<p><b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial;color:windowtext'>[ADOLF HITLER] </span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial; color:windowtext'>A tri-part folder taken from the Reichskanzler by an unidentified soldier containing some of Hitler’s unused personal imprinted stationery, including invitations, letterhead and notepaper, 25 in total. Among them is a preprinted New Years gift transmittal card for a small packet of coffee which had been part of a large package he had received from a foreign country. Another is a Christmas and New Year greeting from Hitler. Both are dated 1940. Also present in the folder are a print and two photographs signed by noted German photographer </span><b><span style='font-size:9.0pt;font-family: Arial;color:windowtext;text-transform:uppercase'>Ruth Hallensleben</span></b><span style='font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Arial; color:windowtext'> (1898-1977) in Cologne, ca. 1938, two featuring a well-known bust sculpture of Hitler in a garden setting viewed from indoors. 1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.
5. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot for any
reason.
6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.

14. Golden Guarantee: All material is returnable within seven day
providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a

expert authenticators acceptable to both parties.
15. The placing of a bid shall constitute acceptance of the
preceding terms and conditions of sale.
