The document is somewhat perplexing in that Hitler has signed a document that bears the title “<i>Der Führer und Oberste Befehlshaber der Wehrmacht</i>” months before he assumed that title. The document might have been backdated for some unknown reason. Hitler would only sign such documents in exceptional circumstances. Boldly signed near Nazi seal. 1. Auction Catalogue No. 19 is a Mail, Fax, Phone, Email and
Internet Live Bid Auction and is conducted under the laws of the State
of West Virginia by Gil Griggs, Licensee of Charleston, W. V. License
No. 002.
2. Absentee bid closing date is April 5th, 2002, 10:00 PM EST.
3. There is a 15% Buyer’s Premium charged on the final hammer price
of each lot. An additional 2½% Premium will be added to any lots
purchased through ebayliveauctions.com.
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid for any
reason.

6. In the event of duplicate high bids, the earliest bid received
will be the winner.

providing that it comes back in the same condition. There is a
