an original Canadian pressing of Let There Be Rock, released in 1977 by AC/DC through Atlantic Records (catalog number SD 36-151). This edition was manufactured and distributed in Canada by WEA Music of Canada, Ltd., under license from Albert Productions. The album captures the raw energy and power of AC/DC’s early years, featuring iconic Bon Scott-era tracks such as “Go Down,” “Dog Eat Dog,” “Whole Lotta Rosie,” and the thunderous title track “Let There Be Rock.”
The release showcases a distinctive Canadian label design with the silver/gray Atlantic Records logo and includes both English and French text, in accordance with Canadian bilingual labeling standards. The back cover credits production to Harry Vanda and George Young, recorded at Albert Studios, Sydney. This Canadian issue remains one of the definitive North American pressings of this classic hard rock album.
