This original 1976 UK 7" vinyl single features AC/DC’s gritty outlaw anthem “Jailbreak” backed with the quirky and rare B-side “Fling Thing.” Released on Atlantic Records under catalog number K 10805, this pressing came out during the Bon Scott era, when the band was rising fast from Australian pub rock heroes to international rock titans.

Side A showcases “Jailbreak” (4:40), recorded at Albert Studios in Sydney in January 1976. It’s a hard-hitting tale of crime, escape, and bad luck that became one of AC/DC’s live staples. On Side B, “Fling Thing” offers something entirely different, a tongue-in-cheek Scottish-flavored instrumental riffing on the traditional tune “The Bonnie Banks o’ Loch Lomond,” making it one of the band’s most unusual and collectible tracks.

The single comes housed in a striking pink and black picture sleeve, featuring a dynamic shot of Angus Young mid-performance, guitar blazing, and bold pink logo text. The vinyl sports the classic green-and-orange Atlantic label design used for UK pressings of the era.
