A pair of Sevres gilt metal mounted plates, dated 1843, for Chateau de Fontainbleau, a border with three gilt cartouches containing a pineapple, trophies and fruit on an orange ground intersperced with three diamond cartouches, initalled IP and foliate scrolls containing dogs, boar and birds of prey, outside a central gilt star, the mounts with Greek key and loop handles above floral swags and scrolling feet, printed marks, maximum diameter 30.5cm, 12 inches.
