A pair of Greek black-ware cellars, Magnia Graecia, 4th Century BC, the first with deep bowl and flared foot, the surfaces smooth and glossy, H: 1 ¾ in (4.4 cm); Dia: 3 ¾ in (9.5 cm). The second is a shallow variety with ribbed edges and a tall foot, a star impressed at the center of the bowl. H: 1 ¼ in 3.2 cm); Dia: 3 ¾ in (9.5 cm). The first with minor chip on foot, the second with rim chip. Both with light deposits. Ex Orange County private collection.
