A pair of George III satinwood, marquetry and boxwood strung semi-elliptical tables attributed to John Linnell, circa 1780, each tulipwood crossbanded top with trellis marquetry centred with flowerheads, each frieze with gilt metal borders and marquetry trompe l'oeil flutes and paterae, on square tapering legs with entwined marquetry headed by husks, on ormolu stepped spade feet, each with a later oval undertier on scrolling marquetry reed supports, 85 high x 52 deep x 131cm wide
