ABSENTEE BIDDING
If you are unable to attend the sale you can leave a written commission bid, this will be executed on your behalf by the Auctioneer, who will endeavour to purchase the lot as cheaply as possible against any reserve price and all other bids. Telephone bids can be booked, by prior arrangement with the office, for lots estimated in excess of £500, subject to the availability of a limited number of telephone lines.

CONDITION REPORTS
Some mentions of condition are made in the catalogue. This is a guide only and does not constitute a full condition report or a guarantee for other lots where no reference to condition is made. The auctioneers will be pleased to give condition reports on any lot upon request to the office by telephone, fax or email.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
Each lot is subject to a buyer's premium of 15% plus VAT (17.62%). Daggered lots indicate VAT is payable upon the Hammer Price.

PAYMENT AND CLEARANCE
Clearing where practical and upon receipt of payment will be permitted during and immediately following the sale, Friday, 3rd December, on the morning of Saturday, 4th December and for the following week subject to usual office hours.
We accept most debit and credit cards but not charge cards (e.g. American Express). An administration charge of 1.65% plus VAT will be added for credit cards. If you are a first time buyer we will need your name, address and bank details.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
Postage and packing can be arranged by the Auctioneers and will be charged at cost of postage/delivery plus an additional charge of £10 for the first lot and £2 for each additional lot. Insurance can be arranged subject to the terms of the carriers, however all packing will be at the purchaser's risk.
