A late 19th/early 20th century mahogany display cabinet having an arched rear pediment with ribbon and bellflower relief carving in turn above the flat top flanked on either side by a raised plinth with knulled frieze in turn above a series of glazed doors, glazed panels and sides with bellflower swag carving above and carved paterae to the top of each door and with relief carved ribbon and bellflower panels beneath all enclosing glazed shelves and with base below with foliate carved corner spandrels raised on lobed turned legs united by a raised shaped centre shelf with moulded edge. Height 75ins., width 43ins., depth 15ins. (see illustration)
