A large Victorian Scottish Highland dirk, the 30cm single edged steel blade fitted with a Celtic knot carved bog oak handle set with silver studs below a silver disk pommel with ball finial, maker JB, Edinburgh 1899, the black leather scabbard with silver mounts bright cut engraved with stylised leaves and containing a small matching silver mounted knife and two pronged fork each in its own integral sheath, the rear strap mount now attached with two suspension chains, maker JMT, Edinburgh 1898, 18.5cm, overall length 44cm £1,000-1,500
