<p>Purchase price.The purchase price shall be the hammer price plus a buyer’s premium of 20 % including Swedish VAT. Foreign buyers wanting to avoid payment of VAT should contact Customer Service before the auction to obtain relevant information. Payment may be made in cash, by cheque or by normally accepted bank or credit cards.<p>
<b>Cash</b>
<p>Payment in full is due immediately after the hammer has fallen and should be made to Customer Service.<p>
<b>Credit</b>
<p>Buyers with a reference number may delay payment until just before the object is collected (see below).<p>
<b>Estimate</b>
<p>The estimates in the catalogue and on the stickers of the objects are based on market appraisals as a guide only for the prospective buyer. The final price may vary considerably from the estimate.<p>
<b>Catalogue</b>
<p>Information given in the catalogue serves only as a guidance for the buyer. Final responsibility for evaluation of the authenticity and condition of the objects remains with the buyer, unless faulty information is a result of gross negligence on behalf of Anders Antik. <b>Final price list</b>
<p>List of final prices fetched at the auction may be viewed at (and downloaded from) our web site on the evening of the auction day. Buyers may view their purchases, identifying themselves by a code obtained from Customer Service.<p>
<b>Droit de suite</b>
<p>Pursuant to the Swedish Copyright Act a droit de suite (artistic royalty) of 5% (exclusive VAT) of the hammer price will be payable by the byer for works of art by artists during their lifetime and another 70 years thereafter. Works of art selling for less than SEK 1.845 are excluded. Items for which droit de suite is to be paid are listed on a notice in the auction room and on a separate list attached in the catalogue.<p>
<b>Liability for defects</b>
<p>All objects are sold as they are. Prospective buyers should themselves make sure of the quality and condition of the objects before the auction. Anders Antik does accept any liability for natural wear and tear, minor damages and defects etc. Clocks, clockwork and instruments etc are sold as objects of art with no guarantee for their technical function. Complaints regarding defects and errors for which Anders Antik may be responsible must be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after the auction. If complaints regarding such possible defects and errors are not dealt with by Anders Antik within 30 days, the buyer has the right to cancel the purchase and, having returned the object, receive the amount paid. The buyer is not entitled to any further compensation. Anders Antik thus disclaims any responsibility for other damages and costs that may have fallen upon the buyer in connection with the purchase.<p>
<b>Disputes</b>
<p>Disputes concerning these terms shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law at a court in Sweden.
