A fine antique French Louis XVI style gilt bronze mounted "Bureau-de-Dame". Frieze with five small drawers. Gallery mounted with a clock in the centre. Writing surface inlaid with embossed brown leather. Tapered legs inlaid with various coloured woods and mounted with gilt bronze floral chutes and thimble sabots. 43 1/2" wide, 23 1/2" deep, 29 1/2" high. 4500-5500
