1 Large 18th century pierced and engraved example. This is a beautiful 19th century pearl. The engraving is finely executed and the pierced design is backed by the large plate and loop shanked back. The center domed brass pinshank adds to the beauty if this example. From the collection of the late Dorothy Peterson of Virginia and a member of the Martha Washington Button Club. There is a small nick at the edge but all in all a beautiful example.
