38 Small 19th century examples specialized to Kaleidoscopes. From the collection of the late Dorothy Peterson of Virginia and a member of the Martha Washington Button Club. As coined by collectors many years ago these colorful designs painted on a metal back and capped over with a glass top are called Kaleidoscope buttons. This card includes a large variety of colors and patterns and designs.
