A WORKSPLATE "Sharp Stewart & Co Limited Atlas Works 4599-1900 Glasgow". As carried by the Barry Railway Class F 0-6-0ST, 103, that emerged from Works in March 1900 at a cost of £2,250. She was used as a docks shunter. She became GWR property on 1st January 1922 as GWR 723, and was converted to a Pannier Tank in March 1927. Initially allocated to Barry and Penarth Docks, she moved to Cathays in 1927. Withdrawn in August 1934 after running 589,164 miles, she was sold in January 1935 to the Ashington Coal Company Ltd and became their No. 23, eventually being scrapped c. October 1960. Oval cast brass, 9 3/4"x6", face-polished and repainted only. Supplied with a polished wood display plaque.
