A Victorian ebonised and amboyna banded credenza, circa 1885, the rectangular top above reeded gilt ebonised Corinthian columns with giltmetal capitals before a marquetry boxwood inlaid frieze and central panelled door with a bleu celeste inset porcelain plaque enamelled with a Watteau image of a courting couple, in a ribbon tied gilt border, flanking two glazed cupboard doors enclosing two tiered shelves, on a boxwood lined plinth base and bun feet, height 107cm x width 168cm x depth 39cm, 42 inches x 66 inches x 15 inches.
