Obv: Dora de Pedery-Hunt bust of Queen Elizabeth at center, open wreath of maple leaves below, "ELIZABETH II" around upper rim (note: obverse design is very similar to that of the Government of Canada Long Service Medals, though with updated portrait); Rev: RCMP crest at center, bilingual text around upper rim from left to right, raised quadrant at bottom with engraved name of recipient and date of December 2nd, 1999. Housed together with a 20x30mm oval enameled 20-Year pin, in original blue presentation case with raised RCMP crest at center of outer lid.
