Don't let the size fool you there are some fantastic items including a 2006 Yamaha Kodiak Quad - Husqvarna Riding Lawnmower, Firearms, Gun Safe, Engine Hoist, Household Goods and so much more!!! PAL required to purchase firearms.

Auction has a soft close beginning at 12pm on Sunday June 12, 2022. Please ensure you can pick up your items during the allotted pick up times.

The items listed are sold 'as is, where is'. We can not guarantee the authenticity of our items. Please bid to your comfort level and do your research to ensure you know what you are bidding on. There are no refunds/returns.

Pickup is available near Sundre, AB - address will be provided to all winning bidders. Shipping is available - no shipping of fragile items or extremely heavy items such as furniture.

-Items must be picked up on June 13th or 14th from 10am-7pm please book a pick up appointment at www.sunriseestateservices.ca
-All items left after that time are subject to a $6 per day per item storage fee
-All items no picked up during allotted pick up times and no arrangements made are immediately forfeited
-No refunds will be issued for forfeited items
-Shipping will be at the buyer's expense. A $10 handling fee will be applied to each lot requiring shipping as well as the cost of shipping. Shipping is done at buyer's risk.

Buyer is required to load and pack items. Please bring boxes and packing paper. Please bring assistance for loading as no assistance will be provided.

Credit cards will be charged for all winning bids.

Buyer's premium 15% up to a maximum of $1000 plus GST
