This oval silver hand mirror features an elaborately worked back with repousse floral and mythical beast designs, inlaid with multiple red gemstones (presumed to be rubies or colored glass). At the center is a finely carved white jade plaque depicting a coiled dragon among clouds, symbolizing imperial power and auspiciousness. The jade is lustrous and well-preserved. The handle is also carved from a single piece of white jade, rendered in an openwork dragon motif with smooth, flowing lines. The junction between the mirror and handle is set with silver-gilt fittings in the form of auspicious beasts, providing both structural strength and decorative appeal. The overall craftsmanship is consistent with late Qing to early Republic period works. Important Notice: The style, materials and craftsmanship of this product are initially estimated to be works from the late Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) to the early Republic of China (1912-1949). There are no obvious signs of restoration, and the overall condition is good, with high artistic and collection value.
