A Set of Six Victorian Oak Dining Chairs, upholstered in original red/brown leather cloth (A/F), the padded backs between turned posts and the arched top rails carved with the cipher CSH, the overstuffed seats raised on spirally reeded legs with turned stretchers Provenance: Adare Manor, Co. Limerick, seat of the Earls of Dunraven. The seat rails are impressed with the initials V & G and stamped Gillow & Co Lancaster L19337. The number relates to a production date of circa 1887 £500-700
