A SMOKEBOX NUMBERPLATE “48136”. As carried by the ex 8F Class 2-8-0, LMS 8136, built at Crewe in 1941 under Lot 154. It became BR 48136, was latterly a Nottingham, Rugby, Widnes and Newton Heath engine, and was withdrawn in March 1967 to be cut up by Cashmores of Great Bridge. The plate is repainted.
