<B>A SIOUX BOY’S BEADED HIDE VEST</B></I><BR><BR>c. 1900<BR> <BR>sinew sewn and lane-stitched in various shades of opaque and translucent beads, each side with intricate geometric motifs <BR><I><BR>Length: 12 ½ inches<BR></B></I> <B>Condition Report:</B> In overall good to very good condition. Hide with moderate wear, including moderate soiling. Beadwork extant with some soiling, no apparent stains. Back interior hide has an approx. 1-1/4” x 5/8” hide patch, possible native repair. All rawhide ties extant, but not of uniform size.
