Rome, ca. 3rd century AD. Green ancient glass vessel, known as a "sprinkler" (modern day name given to a flask of this type, as it was designed with an interior valve and a wide, flat opening that allowed for the contained liquid to sprinkle, rather than pour). Melon-type ribbing on body, rolled lip, slightly indented base. 3-1/2"H. Intact/excellent. Custom stand.
