The group tells the story of a high school student who traveled to various boxing tournaments in Montreal and Eastern Ontario, participating in the featherweight class from 1928 to 1931. The Ottawa YMCA, Verdun 500 Club, and CPR AAA stand out as notable social clubs and associations during the early 20th century, while the gold AAUC Province of Quebec medal is certainly a rare and desirable piece for medal collectors.
