1 Large 18th century intricately hand made example with BEES. This is a tremendously beautiful and intricately hand engraved patterned design on this 18th century copper button. Notice the variety of patterns the maker used in creating this example right down to the outer border depicting BEES. This might have been a ssort maple piece of the designers engraving work that he could offer to respective clients in the day. From the collection of the late Dorothy Peterson of Virginia and a member of the Martha Washington Button Club.
