c. 550-577 AD, standing above a separate lotus base wearing a plain diaphanous robe, his left hand raised in vitarka mudra and his right in bhumisparsa mudra the fine featured visage with serene expression and down cast eyes flanked by pendulous earlobes below tightly curled hair, remnant polychrome mineral earth pigments, consistent even weathering, some encrustations, rejoined head and hand, China, 150cm
