A Pair of Imari Vases, The high-shouldered body containing four ogival-shaped reserves with two enclosing a floral-patterned folding fan above a stylized flower bouquet, another reserve enclosing two birds perched on a blossoming prunus tree and next to grapevines and flowering peony trees, the last reserve enclosing five boys playing in the garden, all enclosed by more flowers and medallions on a rich blue enamel ground, the neck containing a ruyi head pattern border and the foot decorated with a scrolling flower border, signature to base.
