(Nintendo, 1979) A Block Breaker video game console model CTG-BK6, also known as Color TV Game Block Kuzushi. Released only in Japan, this first generation video game console was Nintendo's take on Atari's 1976 arcade hit "Breakout." Featuring 6 game modes and a dial control on the console, the external design of the system was among Shigeru Miyamoto's first video game projects for Nintendo. The unit includes the original instruction book, Nintendo branded AC and RF adapters and is in untested condition and may require service. Measuring 9.25" x 14.5" and 4" tall, in its original box, the console is in very good condition with minor surface wear from use. The original box is in poor condition, exhibiting crushing, tears, and signs of water damage.
