Pre-Columbian, Mexico, Ca. 600 to 900 AD. A fine and expressive hand- painted figural example with cylindrical chamber behind a seated figure. Molded with handles and arms; his head with headdress and ear spools and strong Mayan nose. 7"H. Excellent condition, chip to rim. Nice surface deposits.
