<B>A Mated Pair of 1999 1C Lincoln Cent Errors, both MS66 Red NGC.</B></I> The two error cents are housed in a single large-size NGC holder. The first cent is an obverse die cap with a broad, tall cap. The reverse of the first cent shows copper-plated peripheral design elements from an early strike from the reverse die, while the central reverse is primarily zinc and shows a reversed, incused portrait of Lincoln. The second cent is broadstruck with a clear impression from the reverse die.
