A LNER Tyer’s two-needle absolute wooden-cased wartime signalbox block instrument from Barnetby, Lincolnshire. Painted black. Complete with its two description faces, tapper, brass description plate, back bell and Tyer’s makers label (printed). 16” tall. In good, original condition. Note Barnetby is the ex GCR junction from Grimsby for the lines to Scunthorpe, Gainsborough and Lincoln.
