A LMS TENDERPLATE “LMS No. 10403. 1943”. This tender was built for the Class 8F 2-8-0, LMS 8676. It carried 4000 gallons, and 9 tons of coal. The locomotive was built at Brighton in April 1944 under Lot 168, and was finally withdrawn in October 1967 from Springs Branch, Wigan. Rectangular cast brass, 8”x5¾”, face-polished and repainted only.
