This Korean celadon vase is applied with the inlaid crane-and-clouds decoration found beneath the glaze, often referred to as mishima, the designs were first incised into the clay and the incisions were then filled with black-and-white slip. Circa Early Choson (15th and 16th centuries) Height 8 3/8", mouth diameter 1 5/8" and bottom diameter 2 3/4".
