(Disney, 1967) An original development drawing by Ken Anderson of Shere Khan of "The Jungle Book.” Anderson drew inspiration for the villain Shere Khan from actor Basil Rathbone. With an image size of 5” x 8.25” on trimmed 5.25” x 9.25” animation paper adhered to 7.25” x 11.25” artist board, the ink and paint drawing is in very good condition with light creases, and the artist board has light wear and discoloration from age.
