Devereaux, proably taken at the Alexandria, Virginia yards of the USMRR. Devereux was superintendent of the Military Rail Roads, and a fine portrait of him on the pressure dome. A stunning image. Image with a vertical mounting "crease" and a repaired mounting tear immediately to the right of the smokestack.
