A Hochst figure of a Chinaman shown seated on a rocky base with scrolling edge, a tree on one side and a table with scroll support on the other, on the table a teapot and saucer, he holds the cup in his left hand a bird in his right, he wears a pink hat and a robe sprigged with pink and green flowers over long green trousers, 6ins., gilt wheel mark, about 1765, tree and both wrists restored.
