A Heubach Koppelsdorf bisque headed doll with weighted paperweight style blue eyes with an open mouth showing teeth with plump cheeks, painted eyebrows and lashes having a full jointed composite body dressed as a lady of the Scottish Court in black velvet dress with lace ruff and cuffs with simulated pearl beading to the dress and having moulded marks to the back of the head, numbered 312-2 and having a sunrise motif within a circle beneath the initials SUR, marked Germany. Length 23ins. (see illustration)
