South Italy, Ca. 5th-4th Century BCE. Small bowl sits on raised pedestal base. Dish is in form of large salt dish. In center of bowl is human finger print imprint, serving as a sort of "makers mark." Two small holes in rim were drilled before firing to be able to hang on wall for storage. 4-1/2"D x 2-1/2"T. Surface wear to paint, else excellent.
