A George III oak bureau bookcase, circa 1800, of Eton type, the stepped cornice above a short plain frieze and two moulded rectangular panelled doors with vertical brass lock, above a fall front opening to reveal short drawers and flanking pigeon holes and between a cupboard door, above two short and three long graduated cockbeaded drawers with brass swan neck handles, the long drawers with rounded drawer linings to the back left side with hinged left side drawer, raised on shaped bracket ogee feet, height 220cm x width 76cm x depth 51cm, 86 1/2 inches x 30 inches x 20 inches.
