A George III mahogany secretaire chest of drawers, the flat top with applied moulded edge above a crossbanded frieze with boxwood tramline stringing above the secretaire drawer having brass drop handles with embossed oval backplates and opening to a leatherette lined writing surface and series of satinwood veneered cupboards, drawers and pigeon holes and with three further long graduated drawers beneath with similar brass drop handles and cockbeading to each drawer front standing on bracket feet. Height 45ins., width 47ins., depth 22ins. (see illustration)
